If the government wants to create more jobs that can be monitored to guarantee that work is performed, then they must implement the methods that provide direct communication with citizens that provide feedback for the work performed.
The government must monitor the work performance of public employees and projects to track information regarding public spending that can be analyzed to show the: who, what, where, when, and why and cost of every unit of taxable services.
Create an architecture that is world wide oriented to implement a better and universal approach in defining the government of the future.
We no longer live in the middle ages and even the smallest personal computer today has enormous capabilities to support today’s information needs even with a minimal ADSL Internet connection speed.
