FEES & REMUNERATIONS

My fees for services are as follows:

Hourly basis:
This method is for smaller projects or where we have clearly agreed to the specification and hours required for the project.

Hourly rates based on professional skills for my services and competitive rates for additionally outsourced personnel.

Project basis:
If you already have an RFP for project specifications, I can offer a quotation for the execution of your project.

Customers can take advantage of fix cost and fix project pricing.

Contract basis / Interim Management:
I also offer various arrangements for work performed either on-site at your location or through the use of my facilities and work environment for the execution of your project. 

This provides you with the opportunity to observe my work first hand and to corroborate what I call the compatibility factor of working together.
